Referral questions, answered
When do I get the voucher?
Once your friend's first regular window clean has been completed and paid for. We send a £20 Amazon.co.uk gift voucher to your email address or phone number, normally within seven days of that first payment.
What does my friend get?
£10 off their first regular window clean with us, when they sign up for repeating 4- or 8-weekly window cleaning. It's taken off the price we quote, so there's nothing for them to claim — they just need to name you when they ask for the quote.
Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
No. Every eligible new customer you send us who signs up for 4- or 8-weekly window cleaning and has their first clean completed and paid for earns you a £20 voucher. Five friends, five vouchers.
Who counts as a new customer?
Someone at an address we haven't cleaned before, within Maidstone or the nearby areas on our rounds. One voucher per new household, when they sign up for repeating 4- or 8-weekly window cleaning.
Do I need to be a current customer?
Yes — you need to be on our round (or have had a clean with us in the last twelve months) at the time your friend's first regular window clean is done.
What if my friend forgets to mention me?
Just let us know before their first regular window clean — a quick text or WhatsApp to 07858 889949 is fine. We can't add a referral after the first clean has been done.
Can I have cash or a discount instead?
The referrer's reward is an Amazon.co.uk voucher only and can't be exchanged for cash or taken off your bill. The friend's £10 is a discount on their first regular window clean only and can't be taken as cash. We may change or end the scheme in future, but any referral already made will be honoured.
